Shipping policy

At Essenza Cucina, we offer free shipping across Italy on all orders. Our goal is to provide a smooth, transparent, and reliable delivery experience while ensuring orders are prepared and shipped as efficiently and safely as possible.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and handled in situations such as delays, address issues, delivery exceptions, and shipping-related disputes.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Processing includes order verification, preparation, quality checks, packaging, and handover to our shipping partners.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

All delivery timeframes shown on our website, at checkout, or in confirmation emails are estimates only and do not include processing time.

Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier handling and routing
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays
  • Other unforeseen logistical circumstances

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are managed by third-party courier services operating within Italy.


Order Cancellation

If you’d like to cancel your order, you may request a cancellation within 1 hour after placing it. However, we cannot guarantee that the order can be successfully canceled, as it may already be in the processing or shipping stage. Orders that have entered this stage can no longer be canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to request a cancellation.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear, as courier systems may require time to register the shipment after dispatch.


Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to peak seasons, promotional events, holidays, or courier-related issues.

Essenza Cucina does not offer refunds, discounts, or compensation solely due to shipping delays.

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information for the most up-to-date delivery status.


Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders affected by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses may result in delivery failure, return to sender, or loss of the shipment and are not eligible for refunds.

If reshipment is possible, a reduced reshipping fee may apply, depending on the circumstances and condition of the returned or recovered shipment. Reshipping fees are determined at our discretion.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for a limited time.

Unclaimed or undeliverable shipments are handled in accordance with the courier’s policies.


Lost or Significantly Delayed Orders

In rare cases where an order is confirmed lost or significantly delayed, customers should contact our support team.

We will coordinate with our shipping partners to investigate the situation. Possible resolutions may include courier investigation, tracking assistance, or reshipment, depending on the outcome of the investigation.
